We all forget passwords sometimes — especially if you haven't logged into an account in a while. If you've forgotten your DFS - Duty Free Shop password, don't worry. Getting back into your account is quick and only takes about 2 minutes.
Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Login Screen
Open the DFS website and click the "Login" button. You'll see a form asking for your email and password.
Step 2: Click "Forgot Password?"
Right below the password field, you'll see a link that says "Forgot Password?". Click on it.
Step 3: Enter Your Email
Enter the email address you originally signed up with, then click "Send Reset Link".
Step 4: Check Your Email and Click the Link
Within seconds, you'll receive a reset link in your inbox. If you don't see it right away, be sure to check your spam/junk folder too. Click the link inside that email.
Step 5: Set a New Password
Clicking the link will take you straight back to the DFS website, where a form will open letting you set a new password. Choose a password that's at least 6 characters long, then click "Update Password".
That's it — done! Your new password will be set instantly and you'll be logged in automatically.
An Important Reminder
Never share your password with anyone — even if they claim to be from DFS staff. We will never ask for your password over a call, message, or email. If anyone ever does, that's a scam.
